Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Returns Policy

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer buying online, you normally have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us that you wish to cancel without giving a reason. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

How to request a return

Email shelfwright@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason where relevant. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Condition of returned goods

Goods should be returned complete, safely packaged and with all components and instructions. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but we may reduce a refund if handling beyond what is necessary has reduced the item's value.

Return costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. Large or bulky products may cost more to return, so please contact us before arranging transport.

Refund timing

We will issue an eligible refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Standard outbound delivery charges are refunded where required by law; premium delivery upgrades are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Please contact us promptly with photographs where possible. Your legal rights are not affected. Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a repair, replacement, collection or refund.

Exceptions

The statutory cancellation right may not apply to made-to-measure, personalised or specially ordered goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other categories excluded by law. Any relevant exception will be made clear before purchase.

Business orders

Returns for business purchases are accepted only where agreed in writing, except where goods are faulty, damaged or not as agreed.
