Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to eligible addresses in the United Kingdom. Available methods, charges and any location restrictions are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown on the product page, at checkout or in your order confirmation. Unless a different time has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may arrive separately where they are dispatched from different locations or on different dates. You will not be charged extra unless this was clearly agreed.

Large and bulky products

Some shelving and storage products may require a suitable delivery address, safe access and someone available to receive the goods. Extra charges may apply to remote locations, restricted access, redelivery or specialist handling where stated before purchase.

Delivery problems

Check your delivery as soon as reasonably possible. If an item is missing, damaged or appears incorrect, email shelfwright@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where possible.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please ensure the delivery address is complete and accurate. We may charge reasonable additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated failed delivery where permitted by law.

Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you where a significant delay occurs and explain the options available.
