Terms of Service
These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Shelf Wright. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them.
About Shelf Wright
Shelf Wright supplies shelving, storage and organisation products to consumers and business customers in the United Kingdom. Questions can be emailed to shelfwright@gmail.com.
Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours, finishes and proportions may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography or normal manufacturing tolerances. Dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Orders, prices and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised or fraud is reasonably suspected. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. Unless a different period is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days. We will contact you if a significant delay occurs.
Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Consumer customers normally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days after delivery, subject to legal exceptions and our Refund and Returns Policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Business customers
Where goods are purchased wholly or mainly for business purposes, consumer cancellation rights may not apply. Any written quotation, trade pricing, minimum quantity, credit term or separately agreed business term takes priority where it conflicts with these terms.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections that apply where they live.
